Employed for early diagnosis and intermittent arrhythmias, the 24-hour ECG offers convenience. Portable and fixed on the dog's back, no hospitalization required.

This 24-hour ECG allows the patient to be monitored over a longer period and can thus identify cardiac arrhythmias that are present only intermittently. It is used, for example, in the early investigation of dilated cardiomyopathy in boxers or Dobermanns or in general when cardiac arrhythmias are suspected (e.g., with fainting attacks of unclear cause). Your dog does not have to be hospitalised for this ECG as the small portable machine can be fixed on its back.
